missingWrote a review on Dec 10friendly staffbroken windowdirty towels
The staff was genuinely friendly during my stay.
Unfortunately, my room had multiple issues. The window was broken, and I found that the bathroom floor had water sloshing beneath it, making it feel quite unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness was concerning, with dingy towels and black marks left on my feet from the floors. I was truly disappointed with the overall condition of the room.

The indoor pool was pleasantly warm, making it a favorite spot for my kids during our stay.
Unfortunately, the room had evident signs of wear, including poorly maintained carpets and a sticky floor that really detracted from the overall comfort.

The best is their staff! One guy, I didn’t catch his name, checked me in and treated me like a human, like someone actually cared. I was a mess that day, had a lot going on but he kept asking if I was okay, very genuine. The indoor pool was warm, my kids loved that. It was nice to relax a bit.

I stayed one night with my family and was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were issues like a broken window, slow draining bathtub, and dingy towels. However, the sheets were clean, and the location was convenient, being close to the pool for some family fun. I wish my experience could have been better but it definitely fell short in several aspects.

missingWrote a review on Apr 22clean air filterworking acnice pool areauncomfortable mattressloud bathroom fan
The room had a clean air filter and the AC worked well, which was great. But honestly, the mattress really needs to be replaced. it was super uncomfortable. The bathroom fan was annoyingly loud, and there were definitely some signs of wear and tear around the place. It does have a nice pool area that could use some freshening up, though.
